CONSTRUCTION has begun on the first stage of the $2.8 million northern retail section of the Laurimar Town Centre in Doreen.
The 800-square-metre shopping strip will add a range of businesses to the planned community, including a wine bar and restaurant, day spa, a Thai restaurant and a kebab and salad bar. The development is expected to be finished in June.
